Refund Policy

Payments received are non-refundable

We are committed to providing high-quality instruction and reserving space in our classes for each student. Due to limited class sizes and the structure of our programs, payments for classes, memberships, and programs are generally non-refundable once classes have begun. Refunds are not provided for missed or unused classes.

Extenuating circumstances

We recognize that unexpected situations can occur. In cases of significant extenuating circumstances—such as serious illness or injury, death in the immediate family, or unexpected relocation—we may consider a request for a partial refund. All requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

At the discretion of Management

Any approved refund will be partial, prorated based on classes attended, and provided at the discretion of management.
